📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth export operations.
• Process and track export orders from inception to shipment.
• Utilize logistics software such as SAP or Oracle for order management and tracking.
• Provide exceptional customer service to export clients, addressing their queries and concerns promptly.
• Monitor shipment progress and resolve any logistical issues that may arise.
• Collaborate with suppliers and shipping agents to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of all export transactions and client interactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.
• Proven experience in managing export operations and client relationships.
• Familiarity with logistics software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
