📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex contracts and legal agreements.
• Providing legal advice and guidance to various departments within the organization.
• Ensuring compliance with Indonesian and international laws and regulations.
• Conducting legal research and staying up-to-date with the latest developments in corporate and contract law.
• Representing the organization in legal matters, including negotiations and litigation when necessary.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of legal policies and procedures.
• Providing training and support to staff on legal matters.
• Collaborating with external legal counsel and other professionals as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in corporate and contract law.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international laws and regulations.
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience with legal software such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, or similar.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
