As an HR Specialist at CMLabs, you will be responsible for managing our recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding new hires. You will also be involved in employee relations, ensuring a positive and productive work environment. Additionally, you will play a key role in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, as well as providing guidance and support to managers and employees.

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding, using tools like LinkedIn, JobStreet, and internal HRIS.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees to support their professional growth.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Assist in the development and delivery of employee training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Handle employee relations issues, including grievances and conflicts, to maintain a harmonious work environment.
• Collaborate with managers to understand business needs and align HR strategies accordingly.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records using HRIS.
• Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in using HRIS and other HR software such as BambooHR or Workday.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms like LinkedIn, JobStreet, and Glassdoor.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
