• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for our Etsy store, including product listings, promotions, and advertising campaigns.
• Manage our Etsy store, ensuring it is optimized for search visibility and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with the design and production teams to create visually appealing and high-quality product listings.
• Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
• Leverage various marketing tools such as Etsy Ads, social media, and email marketing to drive traffic and sales.
• Monitor and adjust our pricing strategy to maximize profitability and competitiveness.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure a steady supply of high-quality materials.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our Etsy brand.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as an Etsy Brand Manager or similar role, with a track record of driving sales and growth.
• Strong understanding of Etsy best practices, including product listings, search optimization, and advertising.
• Excellent knowledge of marketing tools and platforms such as Etsy Ads, social media, and email marketing.
• Creative and innovative mindset with a passion for handmade crafts and artisanal products.
