📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Bali office, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
• Lead and mentor the operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operations with strategic objectives and business goals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.
• Develop and maintain operational budgets and forecasts, ensuring financial sustainability.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences, building relationships and enhancing our brand presence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management, with a proven track record of driving operational excellence.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop high-performing teams.
• Proficient in using operational management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or other relevant operational excellence programs is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
