🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, business process optimization, or a related role in the financial services industry.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Power BI, SQL, and Tableau.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey insights to clients and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of financial services processes and regulations is a plus.
• Certification in data analysis or business process optimization is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
