📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assisting the Bar Manager in managing daily bar operations, including inventory control and staff scheduling.
• Training and mentoring bar staff to ensure high standards of service and product knowledge.
• Monitoring and reporting on bar performance metrics, such as sales, customer feedback, and staff productivity.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as local laws and regulations.
• Developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote bar events and special offers.
• Collaborating with the front office and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Managing supplier relationships and negotiating contracts to secure the best prices and quality products.
• Leading team meetings and providing feedback to improve service delivery and team morale.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a bar or restaurant management role, preferably in a high-volume environment.
• Proven ability to manage a team and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, POS systems, and bar software such as TouchBistro or SimilarWeb.
• Certification in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Knowledge of local regulations and compliance requirements.
