PT Kencana Mulya Pratama is seeking a Tax Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the tax preparation and compliance processes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to tax regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tax accounting and a proven track record of managing tax-related tasks and teams.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.,Manage and mentor junior tax accountants to ensure high-quality work and adherence to tax laws.,Conduct regular audits and reviews of tax-related processes to identify areas for improvement.,Prepare and present tax reports to management and stakeholders.,Stay updated with changes in tax laws and regulations, and provide training to the team.,Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities as needed.,Ensure timely submission of tax returns and payments.,Handle tax-related inquiries and issues from clients and internal teams.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Proficiency in tax accounting software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with auditing processes and procedures.,Proven ability to manage and mentor junior staff.
