📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of goods to customers.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.,Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and customers.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Lead and mentor junior supply chain staff to develop their skills and knowledge.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in supply chain management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the supply chain industry.,Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices.,Proficiency in using supply chain management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
