📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement new pastry recipes and menu items.,Lead and mentor the pastry team, ensuring high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.,Oversee the production process to ensure efficiency and consistency.,Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.,Manage inventory and procurement to ensure smooth operations.,Participate in cost control and budgeting activities.,Represent the company at industry events and promotions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of creating innovative and delicious pastries.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using kitchen equipment and tools.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field is a plus.
