📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and optimize CNC programs for various machine tools and processes.,Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of CNC programs to meet production standards.,Collaborate with engineers and production teams to troubleshoot and resolve CNC programming issues.,Maintain and update CNC programs as needed to accommodate changes in product designs or production requirements.,Conduct quality checks on CNC programs to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.,Provide training and support to junior CNC programmers as needed.,Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in CNC technology and programming practices.,Work closely with suppliers and customers to ensure CNC programs meet their specific requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in CNC programming and machine tool operation.,Proven track record of developing and optimizing CNC programs for complex parts and assemblies.,Familiarity with CAD/CAM software such as Mastercam, SolidWorks, or Fusion 360.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Knowledge of ISO programming and G-code is a plus.
