📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth running of the section.,Manage and develop a team of 5-10 employees, providing guidance and support.,Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.,Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Participate in training and development programs for employees.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Prepare and present weekly reports on section performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the coffee or beverage industry.,Proven track record of managing a team and driving performance.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Good knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or related field.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
