📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the procurement process, from identifying purchasing needs to finalizing vendor contracts.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Negotiate contracts and pricing to secure the best possible deals for the company.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to purchasing.,Prepare and analyze purchasing reports to provide insights for decision-making.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth procurement operations.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing roles.,Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
