📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from vendor selection to contract negotiation and fulfillment.,Source and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors to ensure the best value for our company.,Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure the best possible terms.,Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities and transactions.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement.,Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including RFPs, RFQs, and contract negotiations.,Excellent organizational and analytical skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.,Fluency in English is a plus.,Understanding of local market conditions and regulations is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
