📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.,Manage staff schedules, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.,Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety compliance.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking.,Handle customer complaints and ensure a positive dining experience.,Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and annual reports to the management team.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage budgeting and financial reporting for the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant operations management.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with Indonesian culinary practices and cultural norms.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
