📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs that align with the company's strategic goals.,Identify training needs and design effective learning solutions to address them.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.,Collaborate with managers and employees to understand their learning needs and provide appropriate support.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and other resources.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a similar role.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and other training technologies.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
