📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
  • Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of inventory management processes.
  • Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to optimize operations.
  • Manage and train warehouse staff, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and other departments to ensure smooth logistics operations.
  • Implement and maintain warehouse management systems to track and manage inventory.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.

  • Proficiency in using warehouse management software and systems.
