📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Leading a team of mechanical engineers and overseeing the design, development, and implementation of mechanical systems and components.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that mechanical systems meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Developing and implementing engineering standards, procedures, and best practices to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Mentoring and developing the skills of junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Conducting feasibility studies, cost-benefit analyses, and risk assessments to inform engineering decisions.
• Ensuring that mechanical systems are maintained and serviced in accordance with manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations to ensure that our mechanical systems are state-of-the-art and compliant.
• Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build relationships and promote our brand.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical design, analysis, and manufacturing processes.
• Experience with CAD software, such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or CATIA.
