📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily laboratory operations and ensure adherence to SOPs and industry standards.
• Manage and mentor a team of laboratory technicians, providing guidance and support.
• Coordinate and supervise research projects, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
• Perform and validate test results, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate documentation.
• Utilize advanced laboratory equipment and software, such as LabVIEW and ChromaSoft.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory processes and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field, such as Chemistry, Biology, or Environmental Science.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in laboratory supervision and management.
• Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques and analytical methods.
• Certification in laboratory safety and health regulations, such as OSHA or ISO 17025.
• Proficiency in using advanced laboratory equipment and software, such as LabVIEW and ChromaSoft.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor and lead a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
