Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve business performance.,Manage and mentor a team of operations staff, providing guidance and support.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and effective operations.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.,Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure high standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operations management principles and best practices.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with supply chain management and inventory control.
