📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage a team of staff, providing leadership and development opportunities.,Develop and implement strategies to increase branch performance and customer satisfaction.,Monitor and analyze branch financial performance, ensuring profitability and compliance with company policies.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Participate in company-wide initiatives and projects as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in branch management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing branch operations and teams.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with financial management and reporting.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
