Join Halmahera Sukses Mineral as the Head of Occupational Health, Safety & Environment (OHSE) and lead the development and implementation of world-class OHSE strategies, policies, and governance frameworks across our operations in Indonesia. In this role, you'll oversee the entire OHSE function, from risk assessment and incident investigation to training and compliance. You'll work closely with senior management, site supervisors, and cross-functional teams to ensure that our operations are not only profitable but also safe and environmentally responsible.

Based in Badung, Bali, you'll have the chance to make a significant impact on our operations while enjoying the rich cultural heritage and natural beauty of Bali.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement comprehensive OHSE strategies, policies, and governance frameworks.
• Oversee risk assessment and incident investigation processes to ensure continuous improvement in safety performance.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with national and international standards.
• Lead the development and delivery of OHSE training programs for employees at all levels.
• Manage and mentor the OHSE team, providing guidance and support to ensure the effective implementation of OHSE policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with senior management to integrate OHSE considerations into business planning and decision-making processes.
• Monitor and report on OHSE performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health, Safety, or Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of successfully implementing OHSE programs.
• Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (e.g., CMI, NEBOSH, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations, as well as international standards such as OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others.
• Proficient in using OHSE management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Experience in managing and mentoring teams in a multicultural environment.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
