Duta Wati Fruit is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to manage and coordinate our fleet operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and a passion for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our fleet. This is an immediate opportunity to join our growing team in Banyuwangi, Jawa Timur.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are maintained and available for use.,Plan and schedule vehicle routes and deliveries, optimizing for efficiency and timeliness.,Monitor vehicle performance and fuel consumption, identifying areas for improvement.,Ensure all drivers are qualified, licensed, and following safety protocols.,Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely and safe deliveries.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and incidents.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless logistics operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum 3 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and GPS tracking systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficient in Indonesian and English.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
