📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, including tax laws and accounting principles.,Oversee the preparation and timely submission of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.,Develop and implement financial strategies to drive growth and profitability.,Manage the company's financial risk and ensure effective internal controls.,Lead and mentor the finance team, providing guidance and support to achieve organizational goals.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial reporting standards.,Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Familiarity with Indonesian financial laws and regulations.
