Sentosa Furniture is seeking a dedicated Finance Admin to join our team in Serang. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our financial records, ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions, and supporting our finance team in achieving their goals. This is an immediate opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about finance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update financial records and ledgers,Process and reconcile bank statements, invoices, and other financial documents,Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements,Support the finance team in budgeting and forecasting activities,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies,Handle vendor payments and ensure timely processing,Assist in the preparation of financial close activities,Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel,Excellent organizational and time management skills,Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team
