📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize the distribution process to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.,Coordinate with sales teams to ensure that orders are fulfilled and delivered to customers.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure that stock is maintained at optimal levels.,Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.,Analyze distribution data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to distribution.,Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a distribution or logistics role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management and distribution processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with ERP or distribution management software is a plus.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for field work.
