📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, receiving, and shipping.
• Ensure the accuracy and timely completion of all warehouse activities.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement reordering procedures to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure smooth and efficient transactions.
• Develop and implement warehouse safety and security protocols.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports for management.
• Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure high levels of productivity and efficiency.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve warehouse operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a warehouse management role, preferably in the agricultural sector.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proven track record of improving warehouse efficiency and productivity.
• Familiarity with safety and security protocols in a warehouse environment.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
