📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and coordinate project teams to ensure timely and efficient completion of construction projects.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project and Procore.
• Monitor project budgets and resource allocation to ensure adherence to financial targets.
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress and address any issues promptly.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve technical and logistical challenges.
• Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders, including project owners and investors.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on all projects.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the project team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
• Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Procore, and AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, including planning, scheduling, and cost control.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholders and teams effectively.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) or Construction Management (CM) is a plus.
• Knowledge of Indonesian construction regulations and standards is highly desirable.
