📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Assist the Captain in managing and coordinating shipping operations.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maritime laws.
• Manage crew schedules and ensure timely and efficient operations.
• Maintain communication with the ship's management and other stakeholders.
• Monitor ship's performance and make recommendations for improvement.
• Handle crew training and development programs.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation.
• Ensure the ship is well-maintained and in good condition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Assistant Captain or similar role in the maritime industry.
• Valid Master's or Officer's Certificate of Competency (OCC) or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of maritime laws, regulations, and safety procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of basic computer applications and maritime software.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts and be on call.
