📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Monitor and manage daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely completion of tasks
• Maintain and update operational records and reports
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Assist in the planning and execution of operational projects
• Provide support during peak periods to ensure high service standards
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to operations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in operations or related field
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with operational software and tools
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus
