In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials to meet the needs of the organization.,Deliver training sessions to employees, ensuring they are engaging and effective.,Assist in the evaluation of training programs to measure their impact on employee performance.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to understand training needs.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.,Support the HR team in organizing and facilitating workshops and seminars.,Provide administrative support to the Training and Development department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate environment.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant training software.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is required.,English language skills are a plus.
