📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Manage inventory levels and ensure timely restocking.

Coordinate with suppliers to maintain a well-stocked kitchen.

Prepare and maintain daily inventory reports.

Ensure all food and beverage areas are clean and well-organized.

Assist in maintaining food safety and hygiene standards.

Handle cash handling and financial transactions.

Support the kitchen staff with any additional tasks as needed.

Assist in maintaining accurate records of food and beverage usage.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.

Proven ability to manage inventory and maintain accurate records.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Basic knowledge of accounting and financial transactions.

Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
