Web Store Indonesia is looking for a Deputy HR Generalist to join our team in Kendal, Jawa Tengah. In this role, you will support the HR Manager in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a dynamic and growing company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Handle employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to employees.,Coordinate with the HR Manager on HR projects and initiatives.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR Manager in performance management activities, including appraisals and feedback sessions.,Assist in the planning and execution of HR-related events and activities.,Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with HR best practices and trends.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
